Sales people will come away with a clear understanding of how they impact on performance and growth and ultimately their role in the Value Creation mix. Run over 2 days with lots of practical application. A third day can be added where there are customised finance tools that the organisation would like their sales people to be come familiar with. E.g total cost of asset analysis, customer screening tool, etc.
