The structure of the progamme is as follows: Day 1 covers basic business calculations and an introduction to accounting terminology and concepts. Day 2 is a more detailed look at financial statements and focusing on financial performance using ratio and other non-financial measures. Day 3 is all about management accounting and the process of decision making using financial infomation around costing and operating expenses. Day 4 is all about corporate finance and value.
